As mentioned, only Pre-Paid Legal associates may become Blastoff members at this point. To allow all associates the opportunity to enroll and get in on the ground floor prior to launch associates have until October 11th to enroll themselves. On October 12th associates will have two exclusive weeks to promote Blastoff off and you will only be able to join Blastoff if you receive an invitation from a Pre-Paid Legal associate. On October 26th everyone will have the opportunity to join and invite others.
As far as Blastoff goes the site is awesome. It connects everything you want most on the internet. Music, news, video, video games, shopping, social networking, and I imagine there will even be more to come. Members receive cash back on every purchase through Blastoff and access to member only deals on the internet. Members also receive commission on all purchases made by those they refer out 10 degrees of separation.
The best part is, this is all free to take part in. Membership is completely free to everyone. As far as a downfall to this, I have a difficult time finding one. The only exception perhaps is that once this thing hits it's peak it may be difficult for future members to earn commissions because so many people will already be enrolled. At the same time, these members still have access to the discounts and the cool start page that connects you to nearly everything you want on the internet.
